Southeastern US

The Southeastern USA is a beautiful place to live and explore. We live in Florida so it’s all kind of our own backyard. While the Southeast does include The South, there are some wonderful pockets of progressive people and welcoming communities. Yes, racism and toxic conservativism are rampant in the Southeast, but a lot of us here are combatting it and working to more our towns and cities safe places for all travelers.

Here you’ll find out articles and photos of our journeys through the Southeastern USA, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, the Carolinas and Tennessee.  Check out the great National Parks, hotels, restaurants and tourist sights the South has to offer! And you can’t forget about theme parks…
