Montana is that nifty place where you’ve got two awesome National Parks that are on everyone’s bucket list, and then you’ve got all kinds of wonderful towns and unique history everywhere else. Mining, a gold rush or two, Western adventures, and indigenous culture all meet here in Montana.

There are some awesome road trip routes to explore Montana. The Bear Tooth Highway, Highway 2 and following any of the river valleys will show you some of the most incredible sights in the state. Stopping in towns like Philipsburg, Livingston, and Billings will all make for nice days or overnights.

Glacier National Park, and of course Yellowstone National Park too, makes for a wonderful summertime destination. But then that’s what everyone things, so visiting in late spring or early fall to either is a great idea!
